11-one.com is a website that promotes the idea of each one teach one.  It helps people to stomp mind mapping, which is a technique to organize and visualize their thoughts and ideas. Mind mapping can help us to understand how our nervous system affects our life, and how we can improve our brain function with Neuroe X. Neuroe X is a natural supplement that supports our mental health and well-being.

It’s our house, music house, where we can share our passions and talents with others. ManaakiSPORT.nz is a platform that connects us with other creative people who are part of ManaakiGROUP.co.nz, a network of social enterprises that support each other and the community.

What

is stomp mind mapping?

It’s a technique that involves using your feet to draw connections between ideas on a large sheet of paper or cardboard. You can use different colors, shapes, symbols, and words to represent your thoughts and goals. The idea is to use your whole body and brain to generate and organize your ideas, instead of just sitting at a desk and writing them down.

How

to stomp mind mapping?

It’s easy and fun. All you need is a large sheet of paper or cardboard, some markers or crayons, some music, and some space. Here are the steps:

1) Lay the paper or cardboard on the floor and secure it with some tape or weights.

2) Put on some music that inspires you and makes you want to move.

3) Start with the main topic or goal that you want to explore or achieve. Write it in the center of the paper or cardboard with a marker or crayon. You can also draw a shape or symbol around it to make it stand out.

4) Think of subtopics or subgoals that are related to the main topic or goal. Write them around the center with markers or crayons. You can also draw shapes or symbols around them to make them stand out.

5) Use your feet to draw lines or curves that connect the subtopics or subgoals to the main topic or goal. You can also use your feet to draw lines or curves that connect the subtopics or subgoals to each other.

6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have covered all the aspects of your topic or goal that you want to explore or achieve.

7) Step back and admire your stomp mind map. You can also take a picture of it and share it with others.

You have just created a stomp mind map that can help you visualize and organize your ideas and goals. You can use this technique for any topic or goal that you want to work on, such as personal development, career planning, project management, problem solving, brainstorming, etc.

I also want to talk about how stomp mind mapping can help us understand how our nervous system controls our life. This is something that I learned from Sentence X, a book by Neuro X that explains how our thoughts and emotions affect our brain chemistry and physiology.

According to Sentence X, our nervous system is like a house with many rooms. Each room has a different function and mood. For example, there is a room for fear, a room for anger, a room for joy, a room for love, etc. Each room also has a door that can be opened or closed by our thoughts and emotions.

When we experience positive thoughts and emotions, such as gratitude, compassion, curiosity, etc., we open the doors of the rooms that are associated with happiness and well-being. This allows us to access the resources and benefits of those rooms, such as creativity, resilience, empathy, etc.

When we experience negative thoughts and emotions, such as worry, resentment, boredom,
etc., we close the doors of the rooms that are associated with happiness and well-being. This prevents us from accessing the resources and benefits of those rooms.

The key to living a fulfilling and healthy life is to keep the doors of our nervous system open as much as possible. This way, we can enjoy the positive effects of our brain chemistry and physiology on our mind and body.

One way to do this is to practice stomp mind mapping regularly. By using this technique, we can stimulate our brain and body in positive ways that can enhance our mood,

motivation,
and confidence.
We can also use this technique
to explore
and express
our thoughts

We can also use this technique

ways.

Stomp mind mapping is not only a tool for generating and organizing ideas and goals.
It’s also a tool for improving and transforming our life.
